Edubina Refund and Return Policy

However, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive Refund and Return Policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

We are happy to accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days from the date you received the product.
  • Items purchased during promotions or with special offers are subject to the same return policy unless otherwise stated.

Please note that certain items, such as sealed cosmetics, skincare products, or hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@edubina.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the product(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team will review it and issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with the instructions for returning your items.

  3. Return Shipping: After receiving your RA number, securely pack the items to prevent damage during return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. This process can take up to 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the full purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping or handling fees. If the return was due to a product defect or error on our part, we will refund the shipping costs as well.

Please note that Edubina reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned items do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the standard return procedure and request a refund for the original purchase. Once your refund is processed, you may place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@edubina.com or call 828-438-2434. You will need to provide:

  • Photographs of the damaged or defective item(s).
  • A description of the issue.
  • Your order number.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for products that were damaged during transit or have manufacturing defects.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Used, opened, or partially used beauty products
  • Products that have been exposed to contamination or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards, clearance items, or special orders (unless defective)

7. International Returns

For customers outside of the United States, returns can be processed in the same manner as domestic returns. Please note that Edubina does not cover the return shipping costs for international returns unless the product is defective or an error occurred with your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
